ANNOUNCEMENTS:

  • LUTHERAN CONFESSION SERIES JUNE 1-2  It has become commonplace upon death to have a funeral home director recommend both embalming and cremation.  Almost all the dead are embalmed and over fifty percent of bodies are now cremated.  What does scripture teach?  Come to the 28th installment of Lutheran Confession Series at Trinity Lutheran and learn about these timely topics.  Presenter will be Pastor Michael Brockman of Immanuel, Wichita.
  • Kansans For Life Baby Bottle Project runs from Mother’s Day to Father’s Day. Each participating household receives a baby bottle on or before Mother’s Day, along with suggested prayers for life. Participants pray at home and place spare change, bills or checks inside the baby bottle. On or after Father’s Day, return baby bottles to Trinity. Proceeds support pro-life educational efforts of Kansans for Life and selected pregnancy resource centers in our state.  Bottles are located in the narthex.
  • Trinity Photo Directory  Allen Herbert has secured camera equipment to take pictures of Trinity members for a church photo directory.  Photography will begin on April 21 at 8:00 a.m. on the stage in the Fellowship Hall.  A sign-up sheet will be available in the narthex.  Ten-minute time slots for families will be available before Divine Service and after Bible Study each week until May 26.  Questions?  Call Allen Herbert.  Please call the church office at (316) 685-1571 to sign up over the phone.
