Kyle Nelson Ordination and Installation
Tomorrow, Saturday July 9th, Kyle Nelson will be ordained and installed as Pastor of First Lutheran Church <www.facebook.com/flcchickasha/> , 828 W Minnesota Ave, Chickasha, OK 73018. Pastor Metzger said he will be going and has room for a few people in his vehicle. Please contact Pr. Metzger to coordinate travel plans or if you want to ride with him (316 641 7325). He’ll probably be leaving about 10am for the over three-hour drive.
Call Committee
Pr. Filipek asked to meet via phone with the presidents and head elders of Grace and Trinity this week. He had questions to clarify a few points in the call documents about Grace’s and Trinity’s schedules and the compensation package. He also called and talked with Pr. Metzger. He is still planning to make his decision about the call not later than July 17th.
Wednesday Bible Study and Divine Service
Pastor Tim Meyer has agreed to teach bible study and hold 11am Divine Service on Wednesdays during the summer at Grace, starting next Wednesday July 15. Please join us!
