Like newborn babes, who rejoice in the new life and new birth that comes in the Resurrection of Jesus, we long for the pure spiritual milk of the Gospel! That’s what we mean by *Quasimodo Geniti*. (But, yes, the Hunchback of Notre Dame does get his name from this Sunday, when he was found on the Sunday after Easter.) This Sunday we join the Apostles—Thomas included!—in the upper room, where we are given to see and to touch the very wounds that brought us life. The image below is on the bulletin cover and hangs in Grace’s sanctuary. It’s an incredibly vivid portrait that is well worth pondering. *Join us this Sunday at Grace at 8am and Trinity at 11am!*
